Course Description:
Microsoft® Project is one of the world’s most popular project management software applications. This course introduces the delegate to the primary functions, features, tools and techniques of this dynamic and value-adding application.
The course has been structured in such a way, so as to allow the delegate to link the practise of project scope, time, cost and communications management, with the automated MSProject® application.
The course progresses from a high-level orientation of the toolset, into the physical navigation, use and manipulation of many of the functions and features of the application. This process of delivery, gives the delegate a beneficial appreciation of the use of the toolset, in aid of their duties in various project management roles.
