Course Description:

PRINCE2^® is a project management methodology owned and maintained by the UK Cabinet Office of Her Majesty's Government. PRINCE2^® is a process-based approach to project management that encapsulates best practise and establishes a framework for control within the project environment. This flexible methodology can be tailored to suit the needs, scale and complexity of any project and ensures that a consistent, methodical and controlled approach is adopted for the management of projects.

PRINCE2^® Practitioner Examination:

2.5 Hour 108 mark Objective Testing Multiple Choice Question Exam – Day 2
Requiring 55% pass to attain the PRINCE2^® Practitioner Certification
Having passed the PRINCE2^® 2009 Foundation Exam is a pre-requisite to taking the Practitioner Exam
Some evening work is required
