Our Proud History

Founded in South Africa in 1995 from humble beginnings by Clinton in't Veld, past CEO and now MD of the X-Pert Group (Australia), a gap was identified in the commercial and business sectors, where organisations large and small were embarking upon complex and strategic business endeavours.

These businesses, committing millions of dollars of shareholder funds and a considerable allocation of skilled resources on any number of projects, were in need of a discipline that added significant value to their strategic business goals. Clinton devised a methodology that would pull it all together and make his clients' investments "project-do-able".

Today the X-Pert Group has a service offering based on the solid philosophy of facilitated collaboration, effective planning, and shared and agreed responsibility. This philosophy is now a widely accepted business practice and has become well recognised as the "Managing By Project - (MBP^®)" business philosophy.

The X-Pert Group has over the years, focused it's MBP^® methodology which also encompasses the traditional, tried and tested techniques of Project Management into clients within the Retail, Financial Services, Education Media & Entertainment, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Fast Moving Consumable Goods, Government Institutions, Pharmaceuticals and Health Services Industries, to name but a few.
